All our helmet shells are made of steel and come from military surplus. Some of them are over 50 years old. They may show traces of use and age due to storage. Although they are repainted and refurbished, some evidence of their past use remains visible.

Belgian steel Helmet shell, with a rear seam and swivel loops, repainted in matte Olive Drab (OD). The helmet is equipped with a pair of OD#7 Vietnam-type reproduction chinstraps.

The original US "HELMET GROUND TROOPS TYPE 1" liner, dated 1975, comes with its original elements including the internal suspension, headband, and neckband.
