RETURNS
You have 30 days to return your product. Only items returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging will be accepted.
Step 1: DECLARE MY RETURN

We want to inform you that returns of items are possible in their original condition. This means that the item must not have been worn or used, must be in its original packaging and must be accompanied by all tags and accessories.

STEP 2: PREPARE MY PACKAGE
After acceptance of your return request, a Colissimo shipping label will be sent to you. All you have to do is prepare your package and postage it with the label. If you wish to postage the package yourself, specify this in the note box under your reason for return.
