Shell

Austrian-made M1 infantry steel helmet shell, originally produced between 1975 and 1990 in the style of the US WWII helmet. Features a rear-seam and swivel loops. Fitted with reproduction OD#3 chinstraps. Repainted in Olive Drab 7, the shade used by the U.S. Army from 1936 to 1944. The shell has a textured finish, achieved by adding cork to the paint

Replica Liner

Recent plastic reproduction of the M1-type helmet liner. Similar to the US M1 model, it includes a sweatband, front grommet, and a faux brown leather chinstrap.

Fiber Liner

Surplus M1-type compressed fiber helmet liner, of Belgian origin (ABL). Comes with a sweatband, brown leather chinstrap, and neckband. It also features the typical front grommet found on American helmet liners.

Keep in mind

All of our helmet shells are made of steel and are surplus military equipment. Some are over 50 years old. They may show signs of use and aging due to storage. Although they are repainted and refurbished, some evidence of their past use remains visible.

The helmet liner is one size fits all, but it is adjustable in depth and head circumference.

On the battlefields of World War II, there were thousands of men trained and ready to do one thing: take the enemy's life. But there were also a few trained and ready to accomplish an entirely different mission: to save lives. They were the "Combat Medics."

"Battle Battered" Combat Medic design

  • "Battle Battered" Combat Medic paint

    The paint used on this Battle Battered version is the same as our other helmets. It is an Olive Drab shade used by the US Army between 1936 and 1944. The medic insignias are also weathered, in line with the rest of the shell.

  • "Battle Battered" Combat Medic texture

    The cork texture is crushed and weathered to provide a worn effect to the helmet, a characteristic found on original US M1 helmets.

  • "Battle Battered" Combat Medic chinstrap

    Reproduction of weathered infantry helmet chinstraps. They are artificially worn and dirtied to give an aged and weathered appearance to this medic's helmet.

Seconde commande après un casque du 7th NBB,un casque combat Medic,je suis complètement satisfait de mon casque Medic,un excellent travail a été réalisé de la part de mon casque M1. Une superbe réalisation que je recommande et toujours livré dans un emballage bien protégé. Encore merci et bravo.
