Complete 2nd Infantry Division US M1 helmet with fixed loops, famous for its Indian Head insignia. This helmet also features the T4 front insignia and the rear non-commissioned officer (NCO) insignia with horizontal bar.

Sold complete with a fiber liner dating back to the 1960s from the German army, an early war helmet chinstrap reproduction with an elevated bar and a reproduction of a leather chinstrap marked with the stamp of the "HAGERSTOWN LEATHER COMPANY." The helmet is also equipped with a brown medium-mesh net. It has been weathered for a field-worn and aged effect. Discover fixed loop helmets here.

Shell

M1 infantry US WW2 style Austrian helmet shell made of steel produced between 1975 and 1990. Rear seam and fixed loops. Reproduction of OD#3 colored helmet chinstraps. Repainted in Olive Drab 7, the shade used by the US army between 1936 and 1944. The shell has a granulated coating thanks to the addition of cork during the painting process.

    The paint used on this Battle Battered version is the same as our other helmets. It is an Olive Drab color used by the US Army between 1936 and 1944. The insignia of the 2nd Infantry Division and the ranks are weathered to match the rest of the shell.
